Welcome to Rex Championship Belts (“we,” “us,” “our”), operating at rexchampionshipbelts.com (the “Site”). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Products and Customization

We design and sell our own original, custom-made championship-style belts intended for collectors, fans, indie wrestling promotions, and gyms.

Important — Original Designs Only: Our products are our own original and custom designs, created to customer specifications. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any wrestling, boxing, or MMA promotion, organization, or trademark holder. We do not manufacture or sell trademarked or officially licensed belts. Any customer-supplied name, logo, or artwork is produced on the basis that the customer holds the rights to use it.

Product photos on the Site are for illustrative purposes. Due to the handmade and customized nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, engraving placement, or finish may occur between the photo and the final product.

2. Orders and Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
Orders are processed only after full payment is received.
Payments are securely processed through Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inability to fulfill customization requests.

3. Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. This is because many of our products are custom-made to order and production may begin shortly after purchase. Please review your order, sizing, and customization details carefully before completing checkout.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship internationally to all countries.
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, customs holds, import duties, or other events outside our reasonable control.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged upon delivery are the responsibility of the customer.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.
If a package is lost or significantly delayed in transit, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier, but we do not guarantee reimbursement or replacement in such cases.

5. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Returns and refunds are accepted only in the following cases, within 7 days of delivery:

The product is faulty, defective, or damaged due to an error on our part; or
The product was not made according to the specifications/customization you provided at checkout (e.g., incorrect engraving, wrong color, wrong size from what was ordered).

To request a return or refund, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and photos of the issue where applicable.

We do not offer returns or refunds for:

Change of mind
Buyer’s remorse
Custom/personalized orders that were made correctly according to your specifications

6. Accounts

You are not required to create an account to place an order — guest checkout is available. If you choose to create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or other users’ accounts
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site
Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information when placing an order

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, layout, graphics, and the “Rex Championship Belts” name and logo — is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our permission, except as necessary to use the Site for its intended purpose (e.g., placing an order).

As noted in Section 1, all belt designs offered for sale are our own original work, and we do not reproduce third-party trademarks or copyrighted designs.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rex Championship Belts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products, including but not limited to loss of use, data, or profits, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your order shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection law in your country.
